Golden October blooms with vitality. On October 16, Xinyaqiang Silicon Chemistry Co., Ltd. kicked off the “Unite & Compete” 2026 Fun Sports Meet  enthusiastically. Six representative teams from various production lines and functional departments made their grand appearance. Gathering from busy workshops and offices, liberated from the rush of work, all participants turned into energetic athletes. With high spirits, they showcased the charm of teamwork. Senior executives of the company formed the referee panel to ensure a well-organized, fair competition throughout the event.

Five competition events were held successively in this sports meet. In the rolling tyre competition, team members moved forward in perfect unison. When juggling the ball in the Tongxin drum competition, players coordinated the drum via ropes to keep the ball bouncing at a steady rhythm. The group skipping competition tested smooth handovers and endurance. The hula-hoop pass competition called for coordination and communication. The grand tug-of-war final competition ignited the atmosphere of the whole venue and brought the excitement to a climax. Cheers and shouts of encouragement echoed here and there, alongside waves of applause.

Winning or losing is temporary. More importantly, participants gained friendship forged through joint efforts. The event strengthened team cohesion and collaborative awareness, and bridged gaps across different departments. Furthermore, it helped everyone relieve work stress and build fitness, empowering them to embrace future work and life with greater vigour.
