On Labor Day in 2022, the company's party branch and trade union would like to express our sincere thanks and holiday greetings to the employees and advanced workers who work hard in every position. The glory past is contributed by every works in Xinyaqiang, and the new fuure is yet to come!

Recently, we specially visited the workstations of some exemplary individuals, capturing ordinary moments of their daily work. These individuals include managers, precision-controlled craftsmen, technicians striving for excellence, safety officers who enforce the law with unwavering rigor, meticulous quality inspectors, exacting warehouse keepers, maintenance workers with sparks flying from welding, instrument technicians and electricians who patrol and inspect, as well as cleaning and kitchen staff who set out before dawn. Additionally, we visited Workshop 301, which has just been awarded the honor of "Suqian Workers' Pioneer Unit". Although it has been established for a short time, the workshop's management personnel have fully leveraged their role as grassroots fighting bastions, achieving outstanding performance in various management tasks such as safe production. From them, we fully perceive the labor spirit of exemplary individuals who work diligently, contribute silently, and pay honestly in their respective positions.

In May, when spring is in full bloom, we should not only sing praises to the laborers, but also give a high-five to the exemplary individuals. We should pay tribute to everyone who works hard for the company's development.
